Unfortunately, we've had a number of people reporting to us that people on Facebook and Telegram have been pretending to work for our company or impersonating those who do. These accounts are then seeking to fraudulently obtain money from victims pretending to offer our services in exchange.

This happens a lot within the music industry, with people online regularly stating they work for major labels, Spotify or Publications, promising services that never materialise. If you're an artist, you've likely experienced your DMs being filled with accounts promising streams and industry perks.

Plus Music PR only contacts artists via email, with our @plusmusicpr.com email address. Plus Music PR and its staff will never contact you via social media, Whatsapp or private messaging.

We also do not seek money from clients via Paypal. UK clients are charged via BACS and overseas clients via STRIPE using credit or debit cards.

If you have any concerns about interactions you've had online with personal purporting to work for Plus Music PR, please contact our founder, lewis@plusmusicpr.com.
